Use this page to delete your AV Survey App account, made by ROKE TECH, together with all the data stored with it. You don't need the app installed.
How to delete your account
- Sign in below with the email address and password you use in the app.
- Read what will be deleted, tick the box and press Delete account.
- Your account is locked straight away and you're signed out on all devices. It is permanently erased 30 days later.

- In 30 days, your account, every survey, and every photo, voice note and floor plan are permanently erased.
- Until then you can cancel: sign in to the app and choose Keep account.
- Surveys saved on a phone or tablet stay on it until you sign in there again (see Phones and tablets).

To keep your account, sign in to the app before then and choose Keep account.

Your account and all its data will be permanently deleted on . Sign in to the app before then to cancel.
Changed your mind?
For 30 days after you delete, sign in to the app and choose Keep account. Everything comes back as it was. After 30 days the deletion can't be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address and password.
- Every survey, with its rooms, sections, devices and notes.
- All photos, voice notes and floor plans.
- Your company logo, if you uploaded one.
All of it is erased 30 days after you ask, on the date shown when you confirm.
What is kept, and for how long

| Database backups | Up to 7 days after your account is erased. Backups cover the database only, not photos, voice notes or floor plans, so those are gone at once. |

| Crash reports | 30 days, then deleted. They don't include your email address or user ID. |
| ID numbers of erased surveys and rooms | Up to 1 year. These are random codes with no content attached; we keep them only so that an old copy on an offline device can't bring erased data back. |
| Emails you sent us | Up to 2 years after our last message with you, then deleted. |
PDFs or files you already shared with others aren't affected: we can't reach them.
Phones and tablets
Deleting here signs the app out on every device, or locks it the next time it syncs. The surveys saved on a phone or tablet stay on that device until you sign in there again and choose Continue deleting, or a different account signs in on it. Uninstalling the app also removes them.
Changes a device hasn't synced yet are erased with everything else.

- Or email us at info@roke-tech.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to confirm the request comes from you.
